Biography

With over two decades of international work experience in Leadership Development and Coaching, Reetasri deeply appreciates the importance of factoring in cultural nuances while making decisions on education. She now enjoys viewing life through a different lens – working with students, understanding their values and aspirations, celebrating their successes as they pursue their dreams. Armed with a BA in Political Science and MA in Sociology from JNU, Reetasri was a Felix Scholar at Oxford University and enjoyed a research opportunity at the London School of Economics. At Oxford, as the first Indian Vice President for the Graduate body of her college, she discovered her passion for mentoring students.

The ability to connect with people from various backgrounds and truly understand stakeholder needs was further honed while working in HR with Johnson & Johnson in the US, British Council in India, and as Director of Aspen India. These experiences help her build bridges with students and their families, understand their specific needs, and provide a personalised approach to finding the “right fit” for each individual student. Reetasri enjoys her role as a mentor – in guiding students to write their own narratives and chart their paths while remaining true to themselves.
